La Gruta del Sol was created out of consideration for the consumer and our desire to provide Americans with products Spaniards know well.
 
This line began with our desire to find exceptional, Spanish, gourmet-food products to import into the United States. When traveling regularly to small and large towns alike throughout all of Spain, we focused on the artisans who make these products and the stories they tell, which are backed by hundreds of years of tradition.
